Checkers Milk bursting, Checkers not coming to party

Very dissapointed with Checkers, bought some items for home delivery 27 August 2021, within these items were long life milk. The whole 6 pack of 1 litre milk exploded by itself and the milk that ran out onto the floor was extremely sour. The milk was stored on the floor at the back side of my flat (coolest section of flat). I have advised Checkers via e-mail about the situation where upon they credited me for one 1liter of milk. I have sent them another mail, but no response. What about the other 5 containers? The public and always has to lose out, and as a pensioner, I can not afford to throw money away.
