Checkers middelburg mall

Dear checkers, I am so hurt, angered and very upset that I (client) can get so rudely shouted at by your staff member.. I phoned checkers middelburg mall yesterday to find out whether i can purchase a bicycle or a s****** and they said yes i can.. this morning I went to checkers to buy a s****** for my son, because it is his birthday next week, and i walked into the toy aisle and put a spiderman s****** in my trolley, i was looking around to see if i could see a small extra gift for him when a lady staff member came screaming "where's the tape" where's the f***en tape?? And at that moment another staff member (didn't see his name) calmly explained to me that i can't purchase the s****** anymore because they received a mail telling them to close the aisle.. i told him it is a gift for my son's birthday and this lady staff member came and shouted at me " I will not get arrested because you want a toy.." going up and down the aisle screaming " where's the f***en tape?" I asked the guy does he know of another place i can look for a birthday gift and she came screaming "No You won't get nothing.. everything is closed.. " I was literally crying in your store because of this woman and her rude behavior.. you really need to check your staff and the way they treat people..
