Checkers , masters of inconvenience

I visited checkers hyper in southway mall on Saturday and that is by far the worst shopping experience I've ever had in my life. They have the slowest cashiers I have ever seen. I stood for more than half an hour in the express till queue(which is supposed to be the fast till) while the manager stood there busy on his whatsapp not interested in the huge queues in his store. Eventually when I did get to the cashier she made a mistake and cashed someone else's item with my purchase , I had to wait a further 10 minutes for someone to come over ride her mistake. After all this , they don't have a functioning card machine. I had to leave my items behind . It took me less time to drive from south way mall to arbor crossing pick n pay and make my purchase there. Checkers hyper in southway mall is the worst run chain store, the staff are rude and just don't care at all about customer service. Will never go back here.
