Checkers Malmesbury -Retrain your staff!

Checkers Malmesbury is the worst ever . The staff has no clue what products they stock or the availabilty non what so ever ... phone rings endlessly I have been transferd 3 times phone was slammed down 2 times and the one picking up has no clue of how to transfer a call ... bad bad bad . When i phoned after several times the the lady Chantell go frustrated with me after explaining 3 times already wat i was looking for they still managed to asked me what i am looking for .. like really checkers does not pay m phone bill and i am only looking for a compartment lunch box with a bottel R79.99 and if you have the color pink instock . Need i explain more?????
