I am writing to formally compliment one of your cashiers at Checkers Mall of the South. I'm writing here because I struggle with getting the email address of the store

On 11 September 2026 at 12:13 (Till 001, Txn 88)I was served by Ms. Johanna Kwena Kubyana. Her name is printed on my till slip.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for her exceptional customer service. She was warm, friendly, and extremely helpful. She did not serve me just for the sake of serving – it is evident that she loves her job, takes pride in what she does, and shows up with a great work ethic.

She treated me with respect and made my shopping experience truly pleasant. Staff members like her are a great asset to Checkers and are the reason customers keep coming back.
