Checkers Mall of Africa *********** staff behavior

So about two weeks ago I visited the Mall of Africa branch and I received HORRIBLE service to say the least,I had then taken a video of the cashiers chatting away instead of asking the next person to come forward,checkers messaged me for my details and said they would get back to me but has said nothing since....Today I went to the branch again and upon my arrival the security alerts the cashiers I'm there,this being because of my post on social media...I then proceed to get my goods and head to the very same express tills...when I get there, the cashiers are showing each other there she is...cashier by the name Pinkie Sekgobela,assists me,but whilst doing so she starts making remarks,the tender,she the one posting...I then asked her what she was saying and she said she's singing,testing my intellect... The service at this Mall of Africa branch is HORRIBLE and besides the matter that I have brought forward there were many other occasions, I just felt that the day the till incident happened I had enough.... These employees are joking around about this matter,meaning that Checkers has absolutely no VALUES as a company because their staff continue to act ***********ly knowing there will be no repercussions for their actions,and this behavior from the staff tell me that Checkers is a circus because had the staff been brought in line, they wouldn't have dared to do what the cashier did today and I can almost say with cer*****y that nothing will come from this complaint again.
