Checkers mall of Africa security

<p>Went to the checkers at the Mall of Africa on Sunday 15th May and within 5minutes my phone was ****** .</p> <p>I immediately went to the security guards who reluctantly summond the supervisor , his response to me was "there is nothing we can do , you are the fourth person today " I insisted he check the cameras and after 45min he tells me that they will check and call me as most of the cameras are non ****ional , I asked for the Manager and was told he is not available.They will call me when he is available........Three weeks later today still nothing .</p> <p>After leaving several massages for the store manager to no avail I called the customer services centre and spoke to Elisha, this now gets even better , after telling her my story she tells me that Checkers cannot take" responsibility for all the crime in this country" Really , I have come to terms with the fact my phone is gone , all I wanted was someone to call me with the assurance that security in this store has been attended to and it is safe for the public to shop in this store . </p>
