Checkers Mall of Africa Poor Management on Display

Checkers at the Mall of Africa displayed an unexpected disregard for customers due to stock taking. At least they placed a note on the doors saying “The store will not open at 8h00 due to stocktake” this note dismally fails to communicate what time the shop will be open. For all the consumer knows the shop could be closed for the day!!!. If so Why not tell customers you will closed for the day??? The poor security at the gate have no idea what to say to customers pointing them to the note..sometimes rudely so. Is this normal not to know when the store will open when it’s time for stocktaking? If so…I think it’s unacceptable and screams disorganisation.
