Checkers Loftus theft

Last week Saturday around 17pm at Checkers Loftus my friend’s IPhone 13 was ****** when she was paying at the till. The cashier’s name is Refilwe and she speaks Setswana and Xitsonga. The lady who went to check the security seemed to defend the man who stole her iphone by saying she left it unattended and like she didn’t want it anymore. She defended this ***** who was wearing a black shift and pinkish pants who is an older looking male. She accused my friend of not taking care of her belongings and made it seem like the man was right for *****ing the phone. The security did not try to look inside the store for the man or warn other customers but we told that this happens often like it is the norm. This experience bas left my friend traumatised and scared to go to any other checkers. I myself will not be supporting checkers anymore after what happened. checkers is not safe for customers and I do not recommend people to shop at Checkers Loftus in Pretoria next to Loftus Stadium
