Checkers Liquor Unpleasant Service

Checkers Liquor Unpleasant service!!!! Placed an order online on the 26th November 2021, Wednesday the 1st of December the couriers delivered half of my order. When asked why the consultant Zuko advised he isnt sure why that was and requested I send proof of payment and my invoice number - I stressed I’m leaving Friday and need the rest of the orders delivered before then as they couldn’t explain what occurred.I was not assisted on that day. Second day I called and got no assistance. On the 3rd I called and Luyanda advised he will track this and get back to me of which he didn’t, I called again and promised to get back to his waiting for the warehouse to confirm if stock is on the floor or in the courier vans. Called again and spoke to a lady who advised they dont have stock and I told her I was not advised of that. She then advised the turnaround time for a refund is 7-10 working days which I’m just disgusted by their service. They are not able to track the stock or schedule a new delivery and have my things delivered asap as its fault on their side. Will NOT be ordering from them in future!!!!😡
