Checkers liquor Raslouw Card *****.!!!!

Checkers Raslouw Liquor Card *****.!!!!!! I just had a payment going off 3:26 on Friday morning, for the same amount as a purchase I made on the 7/9/2020. If someone can please advise me how to proceed, I would like to resolve this issue. If not I would like to open a case at the police station.
