Checkers liqour scottburgh

On the 5th of July 2019 I went to Checkers liqour store in Scottburgh. I had purchase a 1l box of Robertson naturally sweet Rose and when I returned to my girlfriend she immediately said I had bought the wrong one. The correct one was Robertson naturally sweet red. I drove back immidiatly with my till slip and wine. When I got to the counter to exchange it the manager Mrs Reddy opened the lid of the box wine breaking the seal infront of me. She then told me there was no foil inside and I was shocked because she had broken the seal infront of me and angrily accused me of opening it before returning it, which was impossible because she opened it and broke the seal infront of me. She then told me I had to buy another one which I did. I buy my beers there every weekend and I felt disgusted in the way I was treated. I then opened the one I bought infront of her and showed her there was no foil inside she insisted I was wrong. The way she spoke to me and treated me was awful.
