Checkers Liqour

Can someone please explain to me why Checkers Liqour Eldos' invoices don't have intsructions on how to enter the two competitions Checkers is promoting. The vw up and the A Class competitions are being promoted but the slips i got dont have the instructions on how to enter but the posters say "check your till slips"
