Checkers Lephalale is dragging your name through the mud

I'm absolutely appalled by the service of Checkers Lephalale. Firstly - downloading the Checkers app is a waste. The specials shown on the app for this specific shop is not applicable at all. They run their own specials. I waited almost an hour for them to resolve this issue the other day. They managed to bring the price down to the app's price. But I had to hang around with a cranky baby in my arms. I want to thank elizabeth for her service because at least she tries. Secondly - the products they do have on special they almost never have in store. Eg. Magnum is supposed to be 2 for R100 and in this shop it's R59.99. On top of that they haven't had Almond or Assorted or Mint. They have Classic and White Almond (the obviously not so popular flavors). And the 2 new flavors are not on Special but is stocked up (Praline&Macadamia). And yesterday my mom finally managed to find the "Kuier" magazine that has been missing from their shelves the whole time. She even asked them last week and they couldn't help her. The magazine is R17. The Magazine finally appears a week later and now they want to charge her R27. We left it because I wasn't going to spend another hour trying for them to resolve that 1 too
