Checkers Lady Grey street

I'm a regular shopper at Checkers Lady Grey street, Paarl. I love that they have such a wide variety of products and always at great prices. Today's shopping experience was a little different though and I was quite taken a back. I am at the cold meats section and I ask for R50 worth of shaved beef. At the same time a co-worker walks past and starts a conversation with the lady behind the counter. The lady turns to me after this conversation and asks me what I want. She did not hear a single word I said. Before I start speaking, she asks me and I quote "wat het die ***ken jong nou gesê??" I'm shocked and then I have to repeat my order again. She takes from the shaved ham and I have to repeat myself again for the 3rd time, shaved beef. Not ayoba!!
