Checkers Kolonade Bad Bad Bad Service

There is always a problem with specials that's not distract from my total due amount when I swipe my shopping card or gifts that is not available. Staff that's reluctant en refuse to call the manager when I want to complain. Some of the staff indicate that they don't even know the Managers name or where to find him.
