Checkers Kenilworth

I went to Checkers Kenilworth this afternoon and bought two chicken wings in a barbecue source they serve in the Delhi and when I got to work to my surprise the chicken had a bad smell when I phoned a Miss Lethi the Delhi Manager she did not even apologise just said when the chicken was laid in the sauce this morning it did not smell off...I told her to remove it immediately she cannot serve off chicken to the public... she just thanked me for bringing it to her attention with no apology....2nd delema at this store... they advertise 2 x Robertson ground spice assorted 2 for R30 to my dismay when I got to work not checking my slip they charged me R20 for the one and R35 for the other-i have now to return the goods and get my money back...the sale is not even registered at the tills... I work opp KC and go to Checkers Kenilworth daily and I must say the service is pathetic... All the staff requires training on customer service.....
