Checkers Kempton gate worst service ever

So I called kempton gate checkers this morning asking if they were making pancakes today the lady said she will call me back with a answer. She called back letting me know yes they are, I told her I will be coming to get some. I got the order from all the staff at my place of work and left to get some pancakes. I got to kempton gate checkers it took me speaking to 3 different people and 15/20 min later finally someone came to make pancakes. I ordered 50 pancakes it took very long as it was a large amount of pancakes the 2 ladies making the pancakes and the 2 security lady's were very nice and friendly. Mistakes I did not count the pancakes so when I got back to work I only got 36 pancakes. I called letting them know I was short supp**** the lady on the phone again said she will call me back. I got the call letting me know I can come get the pancakes that was short supp**** I told her I will come collect in a bit. I handed out the pancakes to the staff and went back to checkers. I got there there was no pancakes made the was no mix to make pancakes I told them they need to sort this out and make the pancakes and deliver them to my shop. This was about 13:30 when I left the shop. At 10 to 4 I called checkers again asking when the delivery wil be as we are closing 16:20 she said it was on its way I again called at 16:16 telling this woman I I'm closing. They called me at 16:35 letting me know the delivery wil be there. I was so mad by this time got loud letting her know that we have left as I told her more then once we are closing. I don't have the pancakes that checkers short supp**** I don't have the cash that I paid for this and I have my staff asking why only some of them got pancakes and the others dit not.... Bad it's just bad
