Checkers is useless when it comes to customers service

My mother went to Checkers meadowdale for groceries,while doing shopping someones wasted sunlight on the floor and slipped on the sunlight and other customer where helping they took my mother to help desk the open a report,its almost one year later nothing as being done to this situation this in not acceptable,my mother can barely walk every morning she's crying of pain and nothing get done about this but we wil not leave it there
