Checkers is the ***** this time!

If your employee at Checkers doesnt have my vacuum cleaner returned to me after I brought it in to be fixed within the warranty period, that's theft. Its been close to a month and I want my vacuum cleaner back. I mean the lady even took the slip saying she has to so that she presents it to Verimark - now what?! I've been making follow ups at the store with no signs of the faintest clue shown by your employees. Help. Me.
