Checkers is the best store!

We bought a set of plates and bowls at Checkers Mall@Carnival a while back and lost the slip. When we opened the box recently we found that the plates were chipped and broken. We then returned the box as is to the store to hear if we can exchange without a valid slip and explained the story to the assistant manager. He helped us with a smile and gave us another box where we found that the plates were also chipped and broken in that box! He then referred us to Sunward Park Checkers where we went and explained the scenario to the manager there, he exchanged and gave us a complete set with no issues whatsoever! Thank you Checkers!
