Checkers is not getting "better and better"

I was at the Checkers in Westgate Mall and the attitude and service I received was extremely poor.

I went there to get sushi, and as per normal I request that for them to make me a platter without avocado, as I am allergic. The Asian man making the sushi blatantly refused to make my sushi, mind you this was after I've been standing there for almost an hour with the managers trying toto tell him to just leave the Avo out. The managers gave up and told me that this is the norm, there have been many complaints about this man and his attitude towards customers.

I am beyond livid that I had to stand there for almost an hour, being scolded at and told to just leave by the Asian man, and nobody could help me because this man's attitude towards customers has been accepted to be the norm on how to treat customers by the Checkers staff, including the managers.
