Checkers is a disaster

I went to checkers Wonderpark and regret going there. You need a lot of patience and time. The staff makes you feel like they doing you a favor. Their bakery staff is so slow and do not show any interest in their clients. I had to travel few kilometers down to Pretoria north checkers. I then downloaded the sixty app. I bought AA batteries and they delivered AAA batteries. I called and logged a complaint but it fell on deaf ears. I don't understand why I must have the app if they going to deliver wrong products. After the complaint they give you so many empty promises. Now,I can't physically go to checkers and cannot use the app. This client with his family and friends,colleagues and partners are now looking for someone who will appreciate their business and deliver correct orders. Tried pick and pay and I'm now satisfied.
