Checkers Hyperama Roodepoort/ Sandton Very Poor Service on Furniture Delivery

On Saturday the 1 September we bought a couch at the Hyperrama in Roodepoort the salesperson promised to deliver it to my home today on Monday therefore I made provisions to take off work as I was moving this weekend , I called the Roodepoort branch numerous times waiting on times for delivery, they then gave me a number for the Sandton branch as they were doing the delivery, I had to then call a manager again at the Roodepoort branch to get answers, I wasted and took a whole days leave today to be informed by the Roodepoort manager that because my order wasn’t put through or only placed Saturday the truck didn’t deliver today , Moral of the story is don’t promise customers you will deliver on Monday and I take off work to be there to receive delivery and not pull through with your promises, I’m very disappointed and I feel asif people are happy to get the money to make the sales and not actually give the service or delivery in exchange, I will never purchase any item from this establishment again , time is money and time can’t be given back
