Checkers Hyper will they pay for damages to my property ?????

Chcekers hyper trolley at the Ridge rammed into my car. The Ridge mall security has footage. Checkers refuses to fix my car unless I give an affadavit of what happened. Why do i have to give an affadavit when the video footage clearly shows the entire incident. Checkers hyper call centre agent called me now to say their legal department requires it. I told them get their legal department to call me and show me the policy.
