Checkers Hyper - Westgate (Roodepoort) - Why is your ice-cream always off?

The fridges in the Checkers Hyper in Westgate Mall, Roodepoort is not working properly. The is the second time I buy an ice-cream, which you can see has been melted and then frozen again. Not sure if this is happening in transport, taking too long to unpack or the fridges that are not working properly. If the same thing is happening with the other fridges where meat, etc. is kept, then it will be a health risk to buy food there. I have returned ice-cream there before and did bring this issue under their attention. Obviously nothing was done about this.
