Checkers Hyper very rude Manager

I bought a Platinum microwave at Checkers Hyper Eastgate mall last year October and first week of May this year the microwave bursted and cease to work and the is no power. Since the microwave has warranty and it is an electrical issue I took it back on the 05th May to the store for an exchange or refund Manager of the store by the name of Vincent was very rude and said I should fix it and that he won’t give me anything and the condition of the microwave is not good I left the microwave there and called the customer care in Cape Town Checkers still couldn’t get any assistance it was the story after the other I fail to understand why should a black person returning something to the store is not treated like a white race returning a thing
