Today I was at ur store shopping I had come across a item which ur Never had stock. I have asked one off ur employers if I Can get a rain check he said go to the front. I have ask a floor manager to assist the with this She had looked in the sales paper and then told me I cannot get this item which I know you can get a a rain check for anything Then I asked please can u check for me at another branch At eastrand she then told me I cant call them and I dont have their number. This was so upsetting for me and wife. We had very poor customers service and this is How your manager solves a problem. I hope u do take it up with her and Her name was mumsy
