Checkers Hyper valley, Orchards, Mbombele

Order from sixty/60 had a faulty item. Phoned to report and ask for exchange, was told that I have to return in store. This defeats the purpose of ordering something. Manager Bertie Botha was rude, arrogant and sarcastic. So if they deliver damaged goods they will not deliver a new one. The client must wait for a refund and pay delivery on the new one you order. Is this customer service????
