Checker's hyper terrible service delivery

I recently went to the checkers hyper inside Fourways mall to buy my monthly groceries. It was around 6 o clock which means I still had a good hour to pick out my groceries and pay for them but the experience I went through was so terrible that it took me longer than usual to get the items I need. Every time I asked for assistance they looked at me like I was inconveniencing them and to make it worse once it was 18:45 they were starting to rush me, speaking in vernac assuming I could not understand them, saying some very rude things about the customers. Now while I understand that when you're about to close and a customer stays for long it can be frustrating but I was trying to hurry my mission up and get out of their hair but they wouldn't even help me. I finally arrived at the till and I received more terrible service as well as comments because they assumed I couldn't understand their language, not only did they rush me wish I kept telling them to please relax but they packed my items incorrectly squashing and damaging some items and they charged me for items that were so supposed to be part of a complimentary deal. I have never received such bad service in my life and I do NOT recommend anyone attend that checkers because their service delivery is horrible!!!!!
