Checkers hyper pavillion

Very disappointed with service received from hyper checkers pavillion, purchased 2 meals from the food section(karanichas) in the store and both meals were off I tried contacting the store manager directly and I waited on the line 3x to no avail. I eventually left a message for the manager to call me back, still haven't recieved a call hence my complaint on this platform. I have pictures of the food it is still untouched and have reciept.
