Checkers Hyper Monument(Athos)PATHETIC SERVICE

I have a bad experience yesterday whereby I came into the store to only buy a pack of cigarettes from the Kiosk and I was then advised by a plus size lady with the glasses without a name tag and she told me I have go into the que of people that are buying items that less than 10 as that's their express till and I can't be in the same que with people that are coming from doing croceries,it does not make sense at all .I came into the store to buy not to hear about their store politics.Kiosk a small open-fronted hut or cubicle from which newspapers, refreshments, tickets, etc. are sold as the definition.I left so many filling stations to buy from the store but I got a PATHETIC service from this lady who supposed to be a supervisor.That was around 17h00-17h30.I hope she improves her atttude toward customers as I left the store very Furious and I got it cheaper from the bottle store just around the corner from the store.She must go for training as am a manager(nationally) for customer service in one of the biggest companies in the country.I will fire a person that gives my customers that kind of service to any of my customers in any of our stores .Hence the saying customer is a King he can fire everyone to the CEO,but just taking his money somewhere else with a better service.Customer needs respect in retrun the they give their hard earned money to pay your salaries,I hope this improves for the next customer.So many companies closed down with that kind of service as they thought they owned customer.PURE arrogance and being egocentric.
