Checkers hyper money market

Was at checkers hyper Noorde Paarl to withdraw money at the money market that was sent to me, as I asked the lady could she assist me, she says there is no money in the tills I should go to spar across the road as there is a Capitec there, is it because I am a colored guy and not white enough to be help, how do they not have cash at the money market, was really upset but kept my cool and went to Capitec, bare in mind I am not from Paarl, just working this side, won't go there again, thank you Checkers for your not so good service L.
