I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience my family and I had at the Checkers Hyper at Menlyn Mall on Saturday. Normally, we avoid driving to Menlyn Mall due to the distance from our home, but we decided to make the trip for some shopping. Despite our previous negative experience with the grocery store, where we had purchased fruits that turned out to be rotten and soft, we reluctantly decided to give it another chance.

Unfortunately, our experience this time was even more appalling. Among the groceries we purchased, the milk, which had an expiry date of 5 July, was sour upon opening. This is utterly unacceptable. We trusted that the products sold by Checkers Hyper would meet basic quality standards, but clearly, this is not the case.

The fact that this has happened not once but twice indicates a serious issue with quality control at this branch. It is incredibly frustrating and disappointing to spend our hard-earned money on products that are not fit for consumption. This recurring problem has eroded any trust we had in Checkers Hyper, and we will never shop at this branch again.

I urge you to take immediate action to address these quality issues to prevent other customers from experiencing the same frustration and disappointment. We expect better from a store that claims to value its customers.
