Checkers hyper kolonnade: Poor quality products and Rude staff

I bought groceries at the checkers hyper at kolonnade, only to find that the eggs were off and one of the light bulbs was not working. Went back 3 days later with the slip to return the items, I was told that they could only refund the eggs and not the light bulb. The fresh food manager (Vincent) was so rude and ***ist as he told me to my face that he will not discuss anything with me but speak to another male (my boyfriend) when I was the one who bought the groceries and my partner was only accompanying me. "Checkers hyper should put a big note next to the lights bulbs that informs us as customers that light bulbs are non-refundable": that is what i kept saying to the manager when he said he will no longer speak to me.
