Checkers hyper in Sandton refused with my gift told me straight in my face that Checkers sends incorrect information to customers.

On the 24th of August I received sms saying happy birthday Thabo , please swipe 41g kit kat,with your rewards card it's a gift from Checkers. When I get to the till I was paying two items then I added the so called gift since the sms says my gift it's valid for 14 days, the cashier told me it's not valid anymore she called the supervisor to confirm if it's valid. I was told it's a lie so Checkers that as was a lie I'm very disappointed with Checkers such a reputable retail Giant.they lie. My card:***.
