Checkers Hyper Helderberg Mall

Absolutely wonderful customer service. from Leander at the Customer Call Centre and then Hanelet at Checkers Hyper in Somerset West. The previous week I had notice that there was a special on Padkos Fruit rolls - buy 3 get a 4th free but when I had purchase the fruit rolls I noticed that I had been charged for the 4th roll. Unfortunately the staff at the in-store customer helpdesk where totally unfami**** with the deal. So I returned the fruit rolls. On Thursday 21 July I phoned the Customer Call Centre and was most impressed with the service I got from Leander. He'd had resolved the issue and phoned me the next day to check if I had heard from Checkers Hyper but I had been unavailable. While on my way to do the weekly shop I got a call from Hanelet at Checkers Hyper. Needless to say I am most impressed with how Checker & Checker Hyper handled my problem. A lot of other businesses could only improve they followed Checkers Customer service
