J w basson get your systems in order your management accepts cheques and yet don't undertsand the system , I was treated badly twice in one week for the same issue in two stores whilst trying to do my grocery shopping paying with a cheque , I asked both managers constance of pavilion and charmaine of sandton branches if there were time frames who both verified no , and made a fool twice leaving without any shopping done after customer service tried to handle my first complaint , Megan how do you handle this one , let me tell you how, get my grocery list to my door , pick up the cheque, pay for my two days lost according my hourly rate, catch a wake up , this time I am expecting nothing less no apology will erase the inconvenience , stress and embarassesment the last one caused with my two trolleys of goods , after paying the packers about to leave at 7.30 pm only to be told the bank is closed to verify your cheque .
