CHECKERS HYPER : GATEWAY : EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE UNIT

I am a pensioner and visted CHECKERS HYPER GATEWAY on Sunday 27th June 2021 to report that a kettle I bought about 6 months ago was faulty ( Lid had fallen off ) The service I got from the CUSTOMER SERVICES COUNTER there was GREAT . The Counter assistant staff escalated the matter to her Manager who promoptly attended to the matter . with the urgency that it required . The kettle ( R149) was exchanged for a new one . I was in the STORE for a short while only , and the matter was resolved . Rightfully so especially during a PANDEMIC . I want to convey my sincere thanks and appreciation to the Manager of the Customer Services Unit at CHECKERS HYPER GATEWAY and his dedicated staff for the excellent work they do there . Their efforts have not gone unnoticed . There is NO DOUBT that other branches of CHECKERS must take a leaf of the customer services unit of this BRANCH .
