Checkers Hyper - Galleria Mall - Pathetic Customer Care S****s

<p>I recently had a bad experience with a staff member (Chantel Govender) at Checkers Hyper Galleria Mall. I submitted a post regarding the incident and not one person has contacted me regarding the matter. Checkers Hyper really doesnt care about their customers or on delivering excellent customer care s****s. It is rather pathetic for such a big store to let things go unnoticed. I am very disappointed that they actually dont have time to acknowledge their customers or respond if an incident takes place. Instead of trying to lower the prices of food try training your staff with the correct customer care s****s...</p>
