CHeckers Hyper Fleurdal Bloemfontein, NO Service

Good day,

I am only giving this rating a 1 start due to the fact that I cannot submit the review without giving any stars, otherwise it would have been zero stars.

I went to Checkers Hyper Fleurdal, Bloemfontein to buy a few cold drinks from the quick help kiosk located next to the main entrance. This was on 25 October 2020 at 14:40.

Upon my arrival at the kiosk I noticed that I was the the only customer at the kiosk and proceeded to the counter to be served and continue with my purchase.

At the kiosk counter, there were 3 staff members behind the till and another staff member to the side in the front, all "enjoying" a lovely conversation while not even acknowledging that a customer is in front of them. Specifically behind the counter, a lady with the name of Gefuwe (not sure about the spelling), who was wearing a customer service sash. She looked me in the eye, sawing that I was standing in front of the counter waiting to be served, however, even with her seeing that I am waiting to be served, I was still being ignored, while they carried on with their conversation.

I would just like to make management aware of the disgusting disregard for customers of this retail outlet and that it is truly in poor taste of staff to treat any customer like this.

I decided to make my purchase elsewhere since, according to the staff, I am invisible to them... I cannot put in words the disregard for service that was extended to me and will certainly think twice in future if it is really necessary to purchase anything from this outlet due to the ill mannered staff of this outlet. It disgusts me!
