Checkers Hyper Festival Mall, a bunch of ******, managers never available for customers complaints

I purchased a ottimo steam and dry iron less than a year ago,, now the iron is no longer working suddenly they claim that it is not on record.. Then expect me to find the slip on the app using my data Useless.. I expect a receipt from them now as I will give them a broken iron as a donation... I need my donation slip so I can record the broken iron as a donation to Shoprite Checkers
