CHECKERS HYPER EAST GATE

Not normally My way to rate any store but unfortunately due to circumstances I don't have a choice but to make you aware of what happened and we are not happy....

I am looking for the gas stove frying pan from Bush Baby and have contacted Victor at Flamwood checkers Klerksdorp that assist me first time and told me that they don't have the special at Checkers but only Checkers Hyper.

We went to Checkers Hyper in Klerksdorp whereby we were assisted by the staff and we were able to get assistance from Gert. Unfortunately they did not have stock and Gert had a look where we can find the units we need in SA.

We managed to find stock at East Gate Checkers Hyper and we phoned to see how we can get them to Klerksdorp ASAP as this was close to Klerksdorp

Gert spoke to Allen or James (not 100% sure) whereby Gert suggested we transfer the money for the units through Money market and they can purchase the units for us and I will then send my Courier to collect as I need to take one with me to my mother that is coming from Namibia and we will meet them in Klein see. However Gert was told that they can't assist us in this matter as I can't buy more than one (they say we will resell them "really") and he does not want to assist us in any way to get them.

Have phoned head office to get the number for the regional manager Dana Grobler whereby we did not get his direct number(understable) but got this number and dis not get hold of Dana.***)

We needed 6 units and did not get them not for myself but for everyone that that asked me to get them one if we get them and these people can be made available on request.

Hope this relayed my message as I have not been treated like this before by any Checkers or Checkers Hyper and I know what good service means for any business as I am also in service delivery myself
