Checkers hyper Constantia Kloof I want my money back

I bought a Dstv Streama device on the 30th April 2025 and it only played for 18 days then it started showing an error. I took it back to Chekers Constantia Kloof on the 19th of May 2025 and I was told that they will call me the following day to inform me whether they booking it in for repairs or am getting a new one. Today it's the 24th of May and am still waiting for their call. This is really not trading customers fairly as my family and I can't watch TV, it's honestly such an inconvenience and I also feel like they do not have a sense of urgency.
