Checkers Hyper Brackenfell - Poor customer service

After a delightful shopping experience, I was later met with bad customer service from the front-end controllers once I noticed on my purchase slip that the price I paid for a product was different to the price information label that was right below. When the controller went to get the PI label, she explained how the products were displayed and it was vastly different from what me and my family saw while shopping. Without even trying to assist, we were rudely dismissed compared to the customers who were ahead of us in the customer service department.
