Checkers hyper boksburg and tiger brands caused me my health.

I bought jungle oats at checkers hyper I cooked it with no suspicion whiles eating I saw pink worms and insects I had a running tummy went to consult with the Dr when approaching checkers hyper and tiger brands they told me they sorry for the inconvenience and they will refund me my money and I should give them 14 working days to investigate what would have happened if I died or my kids ate it I am on medication after what I went through I am so disgusted by tiger brand to start with all their 6 cases of oats boxes did not have an expiring date pls help expose them since they don't even see the damage they cause I can't afford a lawyer to sue them.
