Checkers Hyper-Bad experience

On Wednesday 10th June 2020 at around 13:00. I went to checkers Hyper Arcon Park Vereeniging. They adverised an infant car seat for R499.00. On my arrival i have spoken to the shelf packer and asked her about the chair (showed her the advert) and she sai she dont know she called the stock controller. He (Ishmail) came and slso asked him and showed him the advert, he then again asked the shelfpackervas he is not aware of the car seat. He continued to tell us that they currently bussy with a stock take and thats why he doesnt know of the product. I insisted to speak to the manager of the store. He left and went to front of store hd camd back and told us he cant get hold of the manager. I then asked him why doesnt he phone the manager and then he pointed to opposite direvtion saying his phond is on charge. Then we left and go to information desk wherby i spoke to the floor manager (Andries) and ask him to call the manager and explain him the story. Wherby he said Ismail didnt come to him. He called the manager after a while whereby i explained the situation to the manager and told him Ishmail said that they currently busy with stocktake. Whereby he then answered and said he doesnt know of any stocktake. I insisted that the branch manager contact me wherby the manager told md to look on checkers plastic bag to find the number. I refused and told the manager that the branch manager must contact me. With an attitude he grab a pen and paper and wrote down my contact details. At 15:00 i phoned head office and explained to them the insident whereby the branch manager never contacted me. The following day mr Hannes Harsme contacted me whereby i explained the insident whereby he told me that the car seat is not on the website. I hanged up and went on internet again and got the exact same advert, took screen shot and sent it to Mr Harmse. He was addiment to find the product wherby i told him i rather pay more at another shop. Up intill know i didnt get any feedback from Mr Harmse about the bad customer service i received at Checkers. This is not the first time that this happen. Its always the case if they advertise something!! Not just is the staff not helpfull but also lie to the customers. I will not recomend nor buy at Checkers again. My personal opinion is that there is no difference between Checkers and a ****a shop.
