Checkers hyper are *******

<p>On 03- may-2016 I bought grocery, on my slip there where 2 ladies T-shirt costing R60-00 each. I never bought any tshirts and they were not in my grocery either. So I payed for something that I don't have. I saw it the following day, unfortunately I was already in limpopo. When I came back to Jhb I went back to the store I spoke to Hope at the information counter. She called the manager Bertie who told me to wait for 15mins. He never came, until I was told to leave and he will call me. I wasted my time waiting, ended up paying for parking as a result. I left my details but he never called. I called the following day, and spoke to Bertie who said he was busy reviewing surveillance tapes. He said he would call once done, which he never did. I called again on 3 different days, Bertie kept promising he would get back to me and never did. The last time I spoke to him was a week ago and he told me that he doesnt come to work to review tapes for only R120. He has other things to do. All I want is my money back, and I expect professionalism from a manager-not rude behaviour and empty promises. Ive wasted time, petrol and airtime trying to recover my money. Im gatvol of Cherkers Hyper!!!</p>
