Checkers Hyper Arconpark is where i usually do my grocery shopping. But NEVER AGAIN!

My vehicle was ****** from their parking lot on Monday 07/11/2022 while i was grocery shopping. The security guards didnt see anything as usually no one knows when these things happen. The worst experience i received was from Hendrik at the control office. Firstly he had no idea on how to use the cctv system. After helping him find his way around the system, he asks me if i know the assailant because we share the same skin color! The insult i felt that very moment still makes my blood boil today. Anyway he promised to supply me with the cctv footage (for insurance purpose) once someone helps him figure it out, this was on Monday already. Tuesday he set an ultimatum and promised that by Thurs COB everything will be sorted. Thurs at COB he very arrogantly shouted at me for calling me over the phone and further more he going on leave and cannot assist me anymore. So in a nutshell, Checkers employees hasn't looked after my property as promised, insulted and verbally abused me, and aren't willing to assist me with basic support. Is this the treatment that Checkers clients have to put up with?
