Checkers Hyper

I went to Checkers Hyper at Edenvale Meadow Dale Centre around 17:06, to buy stork bake. It was on sale for R27,99 each and get one for free. When I got to the cashier, I was told that the ones that I took were not on sale but it was not specified which one is on sale on the price tag. The supervisor was called and she called the manager that was on duty. She was very rude and refused to assist, l had to wait for her for 30 min to double check while the supervisor and the teller had already done that. She didn’t even tell me where she was going I had to wait. After a very long wait she came back shouting at the teller to proceed with the transaction. She didn’t apologize, and I asked why is she not apologizing for keeping me waiting. She said she won’t apologize she will only do it because it what I want( screaming in front of everyone) The service that she gave me was very bad, she didn’t care about my time that she wasted.
